The Olympics are over and they finished off with probably the best hockey game I have ever seen in my life. I have to admit that I wasn’t all that excited coming into the Olympics, the way I saw it is there is always a party in Whistler, how much better can this be? The feeling and vibe that the games brought to town was something that I have never seen before, and it really was a remarkable experience. Thanks to all the athletes, volunteers and people that made it what it was you made Canada proud.

Now I am excited to get back to early mornings in the backcountry.
